Mobile Express

I've been running Mobile Express here on the Old Mumbai Pune Road in Kodigehalli for quite a while now. It started out as just a small spot for people to get their screens fixed when they dropped their phones on the way to work. Now we do a bit of everything, from selling charging cables that actually last to helping folks set up their new smartphones. It’s a busy road, so there is always someone coming in with a cracked display or a battery that won't hold a charge anymore. We try to keep things straightforward. If a phone is too old to bother fixing, I’ll just tell you that straight up. There is no point in spending money on something that’s going to break again next week. Most days it’s just me and a couple of others behind the counter. We know the regulars by name and we’ve seen all sorts of tech problems over the years. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with boxes and spare parts, but we know where everything is. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a practical place to get your mobile sorted out. People stop by while they’re out running errands because they know we’re usually here until late. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few guys who know their way around a circuit board.
