The office is basically a house converted for work. You have to navigate some of these smaller interior roads to find us, but once you’re here, it’s peaceful. There are trees around and the neighbors are mostly families going about their business. We started out here because it was practical and cheap compared to the big IT parks. Most of our mornings start with finding a place to park the scooters because the lanes are narrow. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Just a regular door. It’s just a handful of us working on our computers. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes for a bit, but that’s just how it is in this part of Bangalore. We usually get some food from the local mess nearby or just bring stuff from home. It feels more like a small community than a strict company. We don’t really do meetings in suits or anything like that. It’s just casual clothes and a lot of focus on the tasks we have for the week.
