Mnrk Pvt. Ltd. is based on the third floor of the Namma Mane Apartments. We are at 6/8 in the MES Colony area. It is tucked away behind the Rajeshwari Theater. It's a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it's quiet back here. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze, which is nice in the summer. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic because of the location. Most of our work is done over the phone or through messages. The office is just a couple of rooms with some desks and filing cabinets. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner desk. There’s a small kitchen area where we make tea. We’ve been here for a few years now. The theater nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Usually, we arrive around nine and stay until the work is finished. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We just have a small team of people who know what they’re doing. Sometimes the elevator in the apartment building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s a good way to stay active, I guess. We focus on our daily tasks and don't worry too much about anything else. Just a regular office in a residential colony. We like it here because it is peaceful and away from the main road noise.
