Mnc is situated in Bangalore at House No 21, on the 5th Cross of 1st Main in Vinayaka Layout. This is right in the Marthahalli area, 560 037. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic is in Marthahalli. It takes a while to get here most days, but once you’re in Vinayaka Layout, it’s a bit more peaceful. The office is in a regular house that’s been converted for work. We have different rooms for different departments, but it still feels like a home in some ways. We do a lot of computer work, mostly dealing with data and coordination tasks. The weather in Bangalore is usually good, so we keep the windows open when it’s not too dusty outside. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and heat up our lunch boxes. There’s a lot of chatter during the breaks about the latest traffic jam or local news. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and find whoever you’re looking for. It’s a very informal way of working, even though we call ourselves an MNC. We have wires running across the floor and stacks of papers on the desks that never seem to go away. We just keep working through the tasks, answering emails, and making sure the day-to-day operations don't stop. It’s just our little corner of the city where we get things done.
