You can find us at 3504 / A in Gayathri Nagar, right near Sagar Market. Being on Avenue Road Cross means it’s always crowded and noisy outside. Our shop is a bit cramped because we have maps, flyers, and old ledgers piled up everywhere. We spend our days booking bus tickets and organizing car rentals for people heading out of Bangalore. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking schedules. My uncle started this a long time ago, and I’ve been helping him since I was a teenager. We don't have a website that does everything automatically. People still like to come in and talk about where they’re going. Sometimes they just want to know the best way to get to a small town that doesn't have a lot of transport options. We have a few drivers who work with us, and we spend a lot of time coordinating where they need to be. The T N Setty Lane area is a maze, so we often have to give people directions over the phone just so they can find the office. It’s a dusty, busy place, but it’s got a good energy. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp throughout the day. It’s not an easy job when trains are delayed or roads are blocked, but we try to figure it out for whoever is traveling.
