Our office takes up the first and second floors of the AVR Base building. The address is Municipal No. 5, BC-308, in the 3rd Block of H.R.B.R Layout. It’s a functional space that we use for our daily operations. Even though the company is a well-known name, this local office feels quite grounded. We have a lot of paperwork and equipment scattered across both floors. Moving between the levels keeps us active throughout the day. The 3rd Block is a nice part of the layout with some trees and decent roads. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff here. It’s mostly just engineers and staff members getting things done. We have a small corner for making coffee and eating lunch. It’s usually quite busy during the middle of the day. We have our fair share of meetings, but they are mostly just us trying to figure out technical problems. The building itself is sturdy and does the job. We aren't big on decorations or fancy art on the walls. It’s a place for work. We’ve been here for a while and the staff knows each other well. We just come in, handle the logistics and the technical side of things, and head out. It’s a steady routine. We don't try to sound like a big marketing brochure. We just work on what needs fixing or organizing every day without making a big fuss about it.
