Mitra Tours & Travels

Mitra Tours & Travels is based at number 86 on Gokula Magadi Road. We are on the ground floor of the Petechennappa Industrial Estate. It's right behind MSR House in the Gokul Tower. If you come by, you’ll probably see me at the desk with three different phones ringing at once. Running a travel business in this city is never quiet. We have a few cars and some drivers who have been with us for a long time. We handle trips for people going to the airport or maybe a weekend trip out of the city. I don't have a fancy website with banners. I just tell people what the cost is and we go from there. The industrial estate is a busy place so there is always noise from the workshops around us. Sometimes we have to move our cars because they are blocking a truck, but that's just part of being here. I started this with one car and slowly added a couple more. It’s not a huge operation but we know our way around every shortcut in Bangalore. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. We just focus on getting the driver there on time. Sometimes the traffic on Magadi Road is a nightmare, but we try to plan around it. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy. People come to us because we are right here.
