We are based over at 65 HSR Layout. It's a nice part of the city to work in. Dealing with real estate and developing plots or houses is what we do every day. It’s a lot of running around, looking at sites, and talking to people about where they want to live. HSR Layout has grown so much since we started, and we’ve been here to see it happen. We aren’t a giant corporation with hundreds of agents. It’s just us trying to help people figure out the property market without too much stress. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but that’s just part of the job. We try to be straight with people. If a piece of land has issues, we say so. Building stuff takes time and patience, and we’ve learned that the hard way over the years. People usually come to us because they heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We don't have big billboards or anything like that. Just the office here at number 65. It gets busy during the weekends when everyone is out looking for homes. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Being a developer means you have to watch the details, or things go wrong quickly. We just try to keep things moving forward and help folks find a place that fits what they need in this neighborhood. We are just local people doing our best to keep things simple.
