You will find Mintways Technologies in Gunjur, which is up in the northern part of Bangalore. We operate out of apartment number five in the Golden Lotus Apartment building, located in Vinayaka Nagar. It’s a bit of a journey if you are coming from the city center, but it’s much quieter out here. Our office is basically a converted apartment, which gives it a very comfortable and lived-in feel. We have our desks set up in what used to be the living area, and the kitchen is usually where we have our quick chats. Since it’s an apartment, it doesn’t feel like a cold or corporate office building. We have windows that look out onto the local street. Gunjur is developing very fast, but Vinayaka Nagar still has a quiet feel to it. We don’t have a massive sign on the outside of the building, just the apartment number on the door. It’s a very low-key way of doing things. We mostly just focus on our work and keep to ourselves throughout the day. The neighbors are all families, so we make sure not to be too loud. It’s a practical way to run a small company without the high costs of a fancy commercial space. We like the Golden Lotus building because it’s simple and it fits our needs. We’re just a small team trying to do decent work in a quiet corner of North Bangalore.
