Minitab Inc. has its office on the 2nd floor of building number 5, right on 7th C Cross in Ashwini Layout. We are just off the Koramangala Inner ring road, so the sound of traffic is pretty much a constant background noise here. It’s a small, functional space where we handle software and data-related tasks. The layout of the office is pretty basic—just some rows of desks and a small room for meetings that we mostly use for storage. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the other small businesses in the building. It’s not the kind of office you see in a brochure. There are some mismatched chairs and the carpet is starting to show some wear near the entrance. But it’s where we get things done. Being near the Inner ring road makes it convenient for the staff to get to work, even if the commute can be a bit slow some days. We don't go in for big speeches about what we do. We just sit down, open our computers, and work through the data. It’s a steady, quiet atmosphere most of the time. We like the convenience of being in Koramangala, even with all the busyness. We just focus on the day-to-day work and try to keep things running smoothly from our little spot on the second floor. It is a simple life for us here.
