Mini Joy Info Tech is located right on Residency Road, which is one of the oldest and busiest parts of Bangalore. We’re on the first floor of the Gopala Krishna Complex, at number 45/3. It’s an older building, but it has a lot of character compared to the new glass towers. Being in the center of the city means we’re close to everything, which is nice for the staff who come in from different parts of town. We don't have a huge office, just enough space for our team to sit and get through the daily tasks. We deal with info tech stuff, mostly software and basic support. It’s a pretty simple setup. We have desks, computers, and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. Residency Road is always packed with cars and people, so there's a lot of noise outside our windows, but you stop noticing it after a week. We've been here for some time now and we've seen many shops come and go on this street. The building itself is easy to find. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We're just a small group of people who know each other well. Most days are about hitting deadlines and fixing bugs that pop up. We don’t have fancy lounges or game rooms. We just come in, do the work, and head home. It’s a practical way to run things and it suits our style.
