We are located in Indira Nagar at number 328 in the 1st Stage area. It is a pretty lively part of Bangalore, so there is always some noise or people walking by outside our windows. Mineflare Software Private Limited is based here, and we have a small team that handles different kinds of software work. We do not have any of those flashy office perks like bean bags or game rooms. We just have our chairs, some sturdy desks, and our computer setups. The office is basically a few rooms where we sit and write code or fix bugs all day. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather gets bad, which can be a bit frustrating, but we just take a tea break and wait it out. Finding our building at 328 can be a little confusing if you are not familiar with the side streets here, but it is a good spot once you know the way. We like being in Indira Nagar because there are plenty of small shops nearby where we can grab a quick lunch. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees; we are just a handful of people who enjoy building things and solving technical problems. Most of our days are spent in quiet focus, occasionally chatting about how to solve a specific bit of code. It is honest work and we try to keep things straightforward for everyone involved.
