Mindtree Limited

We have a spot at Harsha Pride Apartment, specifically 102, B on the 6th Cross. This is in Kaggadaspura, which is part of the C.V. Ramannagar Post in Bangalore. Mindtree Limited has people working here on all sorts of things related to technology. It’s a residential-feeling area, which is a bit different from the huge IT parks you see in other parts of the city. We like it because it feels a bit more like a neighborhood. The office is basically an apartment that we’ve set up for work, so it’s got a bit of a homey feel, even with all the computers and wires running around. We spend most of the day coding or on calls, just like any other tech place. The 6th Cross is usually quiet, though you get the occasional delivery truck or neighbor passing by. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We usually grab lunch from the local places around Kaggadaspura. It’s not a flashy setup with bean bags and game rooms, just a place where we sit and do our work. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty set. We show up, drink some coffee, work through our tasks, and then deal with the Bangalore traffic on the way back. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in the city.
