If you find yourself in HBR Layout, you can come across Mindstec Technologies in the 4th Block. We are located at number 494, right on the first floor. It’s a pretty simple operation we have going here. We’ve been at this 1st Cross location for a while now. The 1st Stage of HBR is generally quieter than the rest of the city, which helps us focus on our work without too many distractions. The office isn't anything fancy. It has white walls, a few fans that make a bit of noise, and power strips running across the floor to all the computers. Since we are in a residential area, it feels very much like a local business. Sometimes we hear the vegetable sellers passing by or the sound of kids playing nearby. We don't have a big HR team or a lobby with a shiny logo. We just have our desks and a small area where we keep the kettle for making tea. It’s a practical setup for the tech work we do every day. Most of us live nearby, so we just walk or use our scooters to get here. It’s a straightforward way to work without all the corporate layers and unnecessary meetings you find in the bigger companies. We focus on getting the tasks finished and then we head home. It’s a quiet, honest life here at our little office in the 4th Block.
