Mindspeed Integrated Solutions Pvt Ltd is located at House No 324 in Saraswathi Nagar, right in the Vijay Nagar area of Bangalore 40. It is a regular house that we have converted into our workspace. This gives it a more personal feel than being in one of those huge tech parks on the edge of the city. We do a bit of everything here when it comes to business solutions. Sometimes it is technical help and other times it is more about helping with operations. Since we are in this part of town, we are right in the thick of things. The traffic on the way to Saraswathi Nagar can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. Our office does not have a glass front or a big security desk. You just walk in and see us at work. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a while. We know our neighbors and we know the local shops. The work we do is practical and we do not try to dress it up with corporate speak. If someone has a problem with their systems or needs a better way to run their office, we sit down and figure it out. It is just about being useful and getting through the to-do list every day. It keeps us busy and moving.
