Mindlance India Pvt Ltd is located at Jyothi Nivash on 1st Main 1st Cross in Beninga Nahali, Bangalore. This part of Bangalore is always busy, with people on scooters zooming past and the usual city sounds of honking and shouting. The office is in a building that has been around for a while. We are on a street that is quite narrow, so parking is always a bit of a challenge for anyone visiting us. Inside, we have a bunch of workstations and some filing cabinets that are mostly full of old papers and folders. The layout is a bit odd because of how the building was constructed, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. We have some fans and a small air conditioner that we use when it gets too stuffy inside. Bangalore weather is usually okay, but the office can get warm with all the computers running at once. We take our breaks at the small shops on the corner to get some hot filter coffee. It’s a very local vibe, and we know some of the people who work in the other small offices nearby. There are no big signs or fancy decorations in our space. We just show up in the morning, deal with our emails and code, and head out when the work is finished. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place where we just focus on our daily list.
