We have our desks lined up and the usual clutter of cables and papers that you find in any tech office. Every morning, someone has to unlock the main gate and get things started. We don't have a big HR department or fancy titles. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy if there is a festival or something happening nearby, but we just close the windows and carry on. Most of us have been working here for a bit now, so we know all the local spots for a quick lunch. The 80ft Road has everything you could need anyway. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep things running smoothly and handle our technology tasks day by day. It’s a honest way to make a living in a busy part of the city. The space is practical and serves its purpose for us without needing anything extra like a cafeteria or a lounge. We just work here.
