Mind Space Events & Exhibitions

Our office is tucked away in Fraser Town, specifically in the Bharti Niwas Society area. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find number 32/3/24, you’re at the right place. We spend most of our time planning out layouts for exhibitions or getting ready for local events. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. One day we are sketching out where stalls should go, and the next we are on-site making sure the lights actually turn on. We don't use a lot of fancy software to show off. Most of our planning happens on paper or just by talking things through until they make sense. We’ve worked on all kinds of setups, from small neighborhood gatherings to bigger exhibitions that take over a whole hall for a week. Things can get pretty hectic when a show is about to open, and we usually end up staying late to fix some last-minute problem with the decor or the wiring. Fraser Town is a great place to be based because it's central, though parking near our society can be a bit tricky during the day. We are just a group of people who enjoy the chaos of putting an event together. It feels good when everything is finally set up and people start walking through the doors. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep things organized.
