Millennialbrains Software Solutions Private Limited is based in White Petals Apartment, specifically in unit number 204. This is on Balagere Main Road in the Varthur area of Bangalore North. Since we are in an apartment building, the office has a very domestic feel. We have converted the rooms into workspaces with desks and extra power strips everywhere. The living room area is where we have our main meetings. It’s a bit unusual for a software company, but it works for us. You have to sign in at the security gate of the apartment complex before coming up. The view from the balcony shows the ongoing construction in the Varthur area. It’s a bit dusty because of all the new buildings going up around us. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes cook some basic food. The atmosphere is very informal. We don't have uniforms or a strict clock-in system. People just show up and get to work on their modules. The internet cables are taped to the floor so nobody trips. It’s a bit of a makeshift setup but we have everything we need to build software. We don't spend money on fancy signage or receptionists. We just answer the door ourselves. It’s a practical way to run a small company without the overhead of a big commercial office. We focus on our code and the daily tasks.
