Millenium Infotech is right at No. 1 in the Nisha Complex, which is located in Basavanagudi on Kr Road. Being the first unit in the complex makes us pretty easy for people to find. We have been in this part of town for a good while, helping people with their tech needs and computer repairs. Basavanagudi has a very specific, traditional feel to it that we really enjoy. Our office is quite simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for customers to wait in, and a lot of spare parts lying around. It isn't a high-end corporate office, just a functional place where we can focus on the work. Kr Road can get very noisy with all the traffic, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. Most of our customers are from the local neighborhood, including a lot of students and families who have been coming to us for a long time. We don’t believe in using big words or complicated sales talk. We just explain what’s wrong and try to fix it. Sometimes we have a lot of work piled up, so it might take a day or two longer, but we always get it done eventually. We rely on the local community knowing our name rather than doing any big advertising. It’s a modest operation, and we like keeping it that way because it lets us stay connected to the people around us.
