Milestone Journeys

Our office for Milestone Journeys is tucked away in Sadashivnagar. We are specifically located in Sampatrao Colony on Bpc Road. It is a nice enough area, usually quiet enough that we can actually hear each other talk. We spend our time helping folks figure out their travel plans. Whether it’s a bus ticket to the next town or a bigger trip, we just handle the booking parts that people find annoying. I started this because I was always the one in my family fixing everyone’s holiday itineraries. Now it’s a job. We have a couple of desks, some old posters of mountains on the walls, and a printer that jams way too often. It’s nothing like those big corporate travel agencies you see in the malls. We just sit down with you and look at the screen together. Sometimes people come in with no idea where they want to go, and we just chat until something sounds good. We handle the visas and the hotel confirmations so you don't have to worry about the paperwork. It gets really busy around the school holidays, and the phone doesn't stop ringing then. Most of the time, though, it’s just a steady stream of regulars who live nearby. We like being part of the neighborhood here. It’s a simple life, just helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble.
