Microwind Solution

Our small team at Microwind Solution operates out of Manjunathnagar in Bangalore. We don't have a big fancy office building with a name on top. It’s more of a local setup where we can focus on the tasks at hand without too many distractions. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some small shops scattered around, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main city center. We’ve set up our workspace with just the essentials. There are a few tables, some chairs that aren't perfectly matched, and our computers. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We don't really do the whole formal meetings thing; we just talk across the room when something needs to be settled. Sometimes the internet acts up or the water cooler runs dry, and we just deal with it as it happens. It’s a very grounded way to work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a rare thing for Bangalore. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to polish our image. We are just a group of people working together in Manjunathnagar. The floor is a bit uneven in the corner and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise, but we’ve grown used to it. It’s a comfortable enough place for us to spend our days and get through the workload we have.
