We work out of Sixcon Apartments in the Ejipura area. It is a bit of an older building, but it suits our needs just fine. Being near Viveknagar puts us in a part of Bangalore that feels more like a real neighborhood than a cold corporate hub. Our team handles consulting work, which basically means we spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to help them solve their various problems. There is always a phone ringing somewhere or someone sending an urgent email. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us sitting in a few rooms, sharing ideas and looking at data on our monitors. Some days are slow and we just catch up on the filing, while other days are completely chaotic with everyone trying to do five things at once. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you will probably just see us sitting at our desks with our sleeves rolled up. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The local tea stall is where we usually end up in the afternoon to get a quick break from the computers. It is a simple way to work, and we prefer it that way. We do not use a lot of industry jargon; we just talk like regular people and try to give honest advice.
