Micron Grinding Technology

We are Micron Grinding Technology, and our place is at 780/52, 3rd Cross, 2nd Block. We’re right in the middle of Peenya Ist Stage, which is part of the larger Peenya Industrial Area. It’s a huge area, so you have to look for the specific cross street to find us. Our unit is focused on grinding work, so it’s naturally a bit noisy and there’s always a bit of dust in the air. We wear masks and keep the machines running throughout the shift. It’s a technical job that requires a lot of patience and a steady hand. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional industrial unit with gray walls. We have a few heavy machines that take up most of the floor space. There’s a small area where we keep the finished parts before they get picked up by the trucks. Peenya is a busy place, and there’s always someone moving something on a pallet jack or shouting over the noise. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our day starts early and ends when the work is finally done. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to handle sales. We just rely on the fact that we've been in the same spot doing the same thing for years. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We focus on the precision of the grinding work we do. The office is just a tiny room where we handle the bills and the phone.
