Microcore Solutions

Microcore Solutions operates out of Flat 305 in Block A. We are located in Bangalore, in the 560037 area. It’s a flat that we’ve turned into our workspace. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building, but it works for what we need. Since we are in an apartment block, it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and the kitchen is usually where we hang out when we need a break. Being in this part of Bangalore means we are close to a lot of tech activity, but we stay tucked away in our own little unit. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just do our work, which mostly involves software and technical solutions. The commute for some of us is just walking down the hall or a short ride through the local traffic. There are always boxes of cables and spare parts sitting in the corners. It’s a bit messy, but we are productive. People who work with us know that we aren't about the show. We are about getting the tasks done. We don't have a big logo on the door. It’s just a regular door in a regular hallway. We like it that way because it keeps the distractions down and lets us focus on the technical details. It’s a simple setup for a small team trying to do good work.
