Microcon

Microcon is situated in the Rajajinagar area of Bangalore, specifically in the 1st Block. You can find us at 182/A on the 7th Cross, which is just off the 6th Main road. It is a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the local streets, but it’s a good neighborhood. Our office is more of a workshop than anything else. We have benches piled high with equipment and shelves full of old manuals and spare parts. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations because we'd rather put that into our tools. Most of the people working here have been around since the beginning. We know each other's habits and how we like to work. The street outside can get quite noisy with traffic and people shouting, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the hum of computers and the occasional sound of a test meter. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just show up, see what needs to be fixed or designed, and get to it. Some days are long, especially when we are stuck on a difficult problem, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. It’s an honest, simple way to run a business in a busy city. We just do what we do best.
