We are based in Maruthi Extension, right here in Bangalore 560021. Microcell has been operating out of this spot for a while, dealing with all kinds of computer technology stuff. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but that’s just how this part of Karnataka is. Our space is filled with old monitors, half-broken keyboards, and stacks of motherboards that we are either fixing or using for parts. It is not the cleanest place in the world because there is always dust and little bits of metal from whatever we are working on. We have a few technicians who have been here forever and they know where every single screw is kept. The entrance is small, and if you aren't looking closely, you might walk right past us. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy furniture. The chairs we have are a bit old but they are comfortable enough for a long day. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from the extension who have a laptop that won't turn on or need a specific cable. We just stay busy with the technical side of things and don't worry too much about the rest. It is a simple operation and we like it that way. No big corporate meetings, just fixing things and making sure the computers actually work.
