Metro Chemical Industry

We are situated at 44, 13th Main in Rashubhavathi Nagar, which most people know as part of Kamakshi Palya. This is an industrial area, so it is not very pretty. There are trucks constantly moving and the sound of machinery from the neighboring units. Our building is a simple concrete structure with a big metal door that we roll up every morning. We deal with chemicals, so there is always a certain smell in the air—not bad, just industrial. We have rows of plastic drums and stacks of bags filled with various raw materials. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around with the trolley. The office part is just a small cabin in the corner with a wooden desk and a lot of files. We don't get many walk-in customers since most of our work is done through phone calls and scheduled deliveries. The workers have their lunch under the shade of the tree out front because it gets quite hot inside the shed during the mid-day hours. We have been operating here for a good number of years now. The road outside is a bit bumpy and gets muddy when it rains, making it a challenge for the tempos to park. We just focus on getting the orders filled and loaded onto the trucks. It is plain work, but it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
