You can find us over at 6 Cubbon Road, near the KLE College by the 28th Cross in the 2nd Block. We deal with property and assets around this part of the city. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and legal papers scattered around the desks. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, visiting sites or meeting people at different locations. It’s a fast-moving business, and the phone doesn't stop ringing much. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, with new buildings going up where old houses used to be. Most of our work is just connecting people who have a place with people who need one. We don't use a lot of fancy sales talk; we just show the property and let the person decide for themselves. It’s important to get the details right, like the square footage and the paperwork, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. Being near the college means there’s always a lot of energy and people walking around outside. We’ve been at this for a while and know which streets are quiet and which ones get all the traffic. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of talking, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We just try to keep things moving forward and help folks find a spot that works for their budget.
