Metric Minds Software Solutions Private Limited

Our office is located at Site No T9 in Kristal Coral, Campus 10, which is in Yamare Village near Tumkur. It’s a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city, but we like being out here. Metric Minds Software Solutions is based in this spot. The campus is fairly modern compared to some of the older buildings we’ve been in. We have a decent-sized room where we’ve set up our workstations. It’s mostly just rows of desks with monitors and a lot of coffee cups. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or a lounge area. It’s a place for work, plain and simple. The air in Yamare Village feels a bit cleaner than in the middle of Bangalore. We usually get to the office early to beat whatever traffic there is. Our team is small, so everyone knows exactly what everyone else is doing. We don't have many formal meetings; we just shout questions across the room. Sometimes we go out to the local shops for lunch if we didn't bring anything from home. It’s a very straightforward environment. We don't worry about corporate culture or anything like that. We just want to get the software side of things right. The building itself is easy to spot once you get into the campus. It’s a quiet place to get things done without too many interruptions. We’ve been here for a while and it works well for us. We just keep plugging away.
