Our office is over in Peenya Industrial Area, 2nd Stage. It’s a busy part of Bangalore North. Being at No. B-297 on 7th Main Road means we are right in the middle of all the industrial activity. There are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery from the nearby shops. It’s not a quiet place, but it feels like things are always happening. Metagrace Technologies is tucked away in this building. We have a modest space where we do our technical work. It’s a bit dusty because of the location, so we end up cleaning the desks quite often. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just whiteboards with scribbles and a few calendars. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a while. We don't use fancy job titles much; we just do whatever needs doing. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch of work. The street lights on 7th Main can be a bit dim at night. It’s a practical location for us since we are close to other businesses. We don’t have any polished presentations for visitors. If you come by, you’ll see us in our everyday gear, probably surrounded by cables and spare parts. It’s a gritty area but it suits our work style just fine.
