Our office is located at 4262, 65th Cross in the 2nd Stage of Kumaraswamy Layout. It’s a bit of a climb if you’re coming from the main road, as the layout has its share of slopes and turns. Bangalore 560078 is a mostly residential area, so the vibe around here is much quieter than the city center. We operate out of a building that fits right in with the houses around it. Inside, it’s a simple setup. We have desks, some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles, and a small corner for the coffee machine. It’s not a high-tech looking place with glass walls; it’s more about being functional. We’ve got a few windows that look out over the neighbor's rooftops. On some days, you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—dogs barking or kids playing after school. It’s a very different feel from a corporate park. We like it because it’s less formal. People show up in jeans and just get to work. Sometimes we stay late to finish things up, and the street gets really quiet then. We’ve been in Kumaraswamy Layout for a good stretch of time now. Most of us live not too far away, so the commute isn’t too bad. It’s just a regular spot where a small group of people works together on tech stuff at Metabyte Inc. No bells and whistles, just a solid place to be.
