Our firm is set up in Basaveshwara Nagar, specifically over in BEML Layout on 16th Cross. It’s a nice enough area, mostly residential and quiet compared to the main city center. We occupy number 433. Being chartered accountants, our days are filled with audits and checking tax compliance. It’s a lot of detail work that requires a lot of focus. We’ve got a small team here, and we’ve all been working together for a few years. We don't really do much advertising because most of our work comes from people in the layout telling their friends about us. We aren't a big corporate office with a receptionist and a glass meeting room. Usually, you’ll just find us sitting at our desks surrounded by ledgers and folders. We try to be practical about things. If a client has a problem with their taxes, we just look for the simplest way to fix it without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s steady, honest work. Sometimes the phone doesn’t stop ringing, and other days it’s very quiet and we can really dive into the paperwork. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. It feels good to help the local businesses keep their accounts in order. We just keep doing our thing, one audit at a time, year after year. It is a long process but someone has to do the checking.
