Meru Devlopers (P) Ltd.

Our place is on the 60 Feet Main Road in Kundalahalli, right in C-Block of the AECS Layout. It's number 592. We have been working out of this office for quite a bit. It’s a busy road, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We mostly deal with construction and land stuff. The office has a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about their projects. It's not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a regular space where we keep our files and maps. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up. We usually have maps pinned to the walls. We spend our mornings checking on sites and our afternoons back here at the layout. The building is easy to find if you know the AECS area. We have some staff who have been with us since we started. They know the locals. Most of the time, the talk is about bricks, cement, and timelines. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and figure it out. No fancy meetings. Just a lot of phone calls and checking on the builders. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we moved in. More shops and more traffic now. But we like it here. It’s a good spot to be if you’re working in development. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work required for the projects we have.
