Merricksoft Private Limited

We set up Merricksoft Private Limited over in the Laggere area of Bangalore. We’re specifically located at No 397/6 on the 4th Cross in Kempegowda Layout. It’s a local neighborhood, so you won't find big glass buildings or fancy lobbies here. Our office is basically just a room with some good desks and reliable power outlets. We chose this spot because it’s close to where some of us live and it’s a lot more grounded than the big tech parks. Most days, we’re just here typing away and figuring out software issues. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; if something needs to get done, whoever is free just grabs it. We have a small team, and we’ve become pretty good friends over the time we’ve been working together. The layout around here is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more like a community than a business district. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside and we can hear them while we’re working on code. It’s a nice reminder of the world outside the screen. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or long meetings. We’d rather just get the work finished so we can go home. It’s a simple, honest setup, and we’re happy with how things are going so far in Laggere. We just keep doing our thing every day.
