Merlin George

My name is Merlin and I run things here at our spot on Aravind Ave. We are located right by the Kundalahalli Gate in Marathahalli. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic gets around that gate, so it is usually a bit loud outside our door. The office is at No 10. It is not a very big space, just a couple of rooms where we keep our stuff and sit down to work. I have been here for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It used to be much quieter before all the big buildings went up. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby with a receptionist. Most people just walk in or give us a call when they need something. It is a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of papers scattered around. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are busy. The staff is just a few local folks who live nearby. We start our day early to beat the heat and the worst of the noise from the main road. There is a post office nearby which makes it easy to send out mail. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our work comes from people in the area who have known us for years. It is a practical place for practical work.
