Mercera State

We are based out of Nature View Apartments in Gopalappa Layout, which is part of Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. Our specific unit is G2. It’s a ground-floor space, which makes it easier for people to drop by. Mercera State isn't a huge corporation; we just manage things from this apartment office. The area is fairly green, hence the name of the building. We deal with various property matters and local management tasks. Most of the day is spent handling calls or dealing with maintenance issues that crop up. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of the residents coming and going. The layout is a bit tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the ins and outs of the business. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical setup for what we do. There’s a lot of coordination involved with different people. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple things happen at once, but we manage. We just keep our files in order and try to stay on top of the daily list. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s necessary for keeping things running smoothly around the properties we handle. We just do our bit every day and keep the paperwork moving along nicely.
