Our office is Mercantila Software Services Pvt. Ltd, located at 73, 16th Main in N. S. Palya. We’re right behind the Alliance Business Academy in the BTM 2nd Stage area. If you’ve ever been to BTM, you know it’s packed with small businesses and people everywhere. We do software services, which means we spend a whole lot of time at our computers. It’s a pretty standard setup—desks, chairs, a small break area, and a lot of monitors. We don’t have any of those fancy perks like gymnasiums or free gourmet food. We just have good coffee and a team that knows how to write code. The 17th Cross is right nearby, so there’s always a lot of movement outside our windows. It can get a bit loud with the traffic, but we just put on our headphones and get to work. We aren't interested in using a lot of corporate buzzwords. We just do the technical work that our clients need us to do. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the city. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now and we’re part of the neighborhood. We just show up every day, do the work, and try to keep things simple and functional for everyone involved. Lunch is usually a quick walk to one of the local stalls for some rice.
