Our place is located in Koramangala, over at Smiti Villa on the 13th Cross in Venkatapura. If you know Bangalore, you know Koramangala is always moving. We are at 101/27B. This isn't a huge office complex; it’s more of a local setup. Here at Mepc Residencies As A Front Office Executive, we spend a lot of time handling front office tasks, which basically means we are the first people anyone sees or talks to when they have a question. It involves a lot of greeting people, answering phones, and sorting through mail. The desk can get pretty cluttered with notes and packages, especially on Mondays. We try to keep things friendly and straightforward. There’s no corporate manual telling us exactly how to talk to people; we just treat everyone who walks in like a neighbor. The area around Venkatapura is nice because there are good places to grab a quick tea or a snack. We’ve got a small team here and we all chip in with whatever needs doing, whether it's filing or helping someone find their way. It’s a practical job in a lively part of the city. We don't have any big slogans. We just focus on managing the desk and making sure the residents or visitors get what they need without any fuss. It is a lot of small tasks that add up to a full day of work. We enjoy the pace of it and being helpful.
