Menzies Aviation Bobba Pvt Ltd is located at 23, Hemahalayout, on the 5th Main off Kalkaree Main Road in Ramamurthynagar. This part of Bangalore is quite busy these days. We work on the aviation side of things, specifically cargo and ground handling logistics. It’s a lot of timing and making sure things move when they are supposed to. Our office is pretty basic. We don't have a big glass front or a fancy reception area. It’s just a place where we sit at our desks and manage schedules. Most of us are local to the 560016 area, so we know the roads well. The office is often full of maps, charts, and stacks of documents. We don’t really do the corporate culture thing with big meetings and fancy slides. We just talk to each other and solve problems as they pop up. Sometimes we have to stay late because planes don't always follow the clock. It’s a practical job and we try to keep it straightforward. There isn't any marketing talk here. We just show up and do what needs to be done. The fans hum in the background and the traffic outside is constant, but we just get on with it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office décor. It’s just a workspace where we try to keep things running on time. We’ve been here a while and we know the business well.
