Mentico Technologies Llp is based out of No.404 in Kaveri Nagar, which is part of Banashankari 2nd Stage. It’s a fairly quiet area in Bangalore South, which suits us just fine. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have the usual desks, chairs, and stacks of papers that you’d expect in any office. It’s not one of those fancy tech parks with gyms and cafeterias; we just have our office and the local tea stall nearby. We spend our hours working through projects and trying to stay on top of everything. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be handling data, and the next you’re helping move some furniture around. That’s just how it works in a place like this. We’ve been in Banashankari for a while and have gotten used to the way the neighborhood moves. It’s a comfortable place to be. We don’t have a big corporate handbook or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. It feels honest and direct. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy when there’s construction nearby, but mostly we just focus on the screens and the tasks at hand. It’s a decent spot for a small outfit like ours to keep growing and doing our thing without too much fuss. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work that comes our way.
