So we are Melstar Information Technologies and you can find us at 89, Bds Gardens in the Geddalahalli area. It’s a bit of a trek down Bagular Road if the Bangalore traffic is acting up like it usually does. We spend most of our hours staring at screens and dealing with various IT tasks that come our way. The office isn't one of those glass towers you see in the tech parks; it’s more grounded and tucked away in the gardens. We like it that way because it’s a bit quieter for when we need to focus on coding or fixing some system error. There are cables everywhere and the coffee machine is probably the most used piece of equipment we own. A lot of the team has been here long enough to know all the local tea stalls. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy meetings. Usually, it’s just someone shouting across the room about a server being down or a project deadline. It’s a practical environment. We deal with tech stuff because that’s what we know how to do. Sometimes clients come by and we just sit around a simple table to talk things through. It’s not about being the biggest name out there, just about getting the tech right for whoever needs it. Living and working in Bangalore means we’re always around other IT folks, but our little corner in Geddalahalli feels like home. It’s a steady pace most weeks.
