We’re situated in Basavanagudi, right on Vanivilas North Road. The office is at number 71, near Anjaneya Temple Street. It’s an old part of town, and we really like the feel of it. We do engineering and development work, which basically means we spend our time looking at blueprints and figuring out how to build things properly. We’ve been at this for many years now. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We still have some paper drawings lying around even though most things are on the computer these days. It’s a small team here. We don't have fancy titles or a big board of directors. We just know who does what. Basavanagudi is a nice place to work because you can walk out and find good food anywhere. Sometimes we have meetings on the site, and other times we’re just here at 71 debating about structural details. It’s practical, hands-on work. We don't use a lot of big words or jargon to explain things. If something works, it works. We’ve seen the city grow and we’ve been a small part of that growth. It’s not about being the most famous developers around. We just want to do a solid job so that what we build stays standing for a long time and works for the people using it. It’s just what we do every day.
