Meghana Holidays

Meghana Holidays is located in a spot that might be hard to find if you aren't a local. We are over in Belur, in the Hassan district. The exact place is Gunikere Beedi in the Kote area. It’s a more traditional part of town. The address is listed under the care of Gadikittanna, and Nagaraj’s son is the one running things. It’s a very local, family-style business. We don’t have a glass office building or a big reception desk. It’s more like a room where we sit and figure out travel plans for people. Belur is a beautiful place with all the old temples, so we get a lot of people coming through the area. Our little office on Gunikere Beedi is just a simple space with a couple of chairs and a table. We know most of the neighbors by name. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just talk to people who want to go on a trip and try to help them out. The 573115 area is where we grew up, so we know it inside and out. There aren't any fancy brochures lying around, just some handwritten notes and a phone that rings every now and then. We take things one day at a time here in Hassan. It’s a quiet life and a simple business. We aren't doing anything fancy, just helping folks get from one place to another while we enjoy the peace of Belur. We are just regular people here.
