We have been here in the Y M S Complex for a while. It's right near M S Ramaiah Engineering College in Mathikere Sector 38-c. Most days it's just us handling tickets and travel plans. It gets busy because of the college students and families nearby. We handle train bookings, flights, and some tours. People walk in with lots of questions about where they want to go. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning. We just sit here in the office and try to get things sorted for everyone. It's a small place, nothing fancy. We know the neighborhood well and have seen it change. Sometimes the traffic outside the complex is a mess, but we are easy to find once you get here. If you are coming from the college side, just look for the Y M S sign. We keep things pretty simple. No big slogans or anything like that. Just booking trips and making sure the paperwork is correct. My desk is usually covered in folders and schedules. We try to help out as much as we can with the routes and prices. It’s mostly regular work. Some people have been coming to us for years for their holiday trips or to visit family. We don't have a big team, just a few of us here. It works out for us. We've seen a lot of changes in Mathikere. It’s more crowded now. But the office stays the same and we keep doing our thing.
