Megana Propartise

Megana Propartise is located at 41 Halasuru in the Nagappa Building. We are near the layout at Virat Nagar. It’s a small, busy office where we handle everything related to local properties. We don’t have a big staff. It’s usually just a couple of us managing the listings and talking to people. The Nagappa Building is an easy landmark once you get into the Halasuru area. Our desks are usually covered in notes and phone numbers. We spend a lot of our time out on the street, showing people houses or checking on buildings. It’s not a desk job where you stay put for eight hours. We’re always moving. Virat Nagar is growing, so there is always something new happening nearby. We aren't some big corporate chain with offices everywhere. We just know this specific area really well. Sometimes we have to meet people at odd hours because that’s when they are off work. We don't mind. It’s part of the job. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few chairs for clients and a fan that clicks a bit when it's on high. It’s a real place where real work happens. People come to us because they want someone who actually knows the streets around here. We just try to help them find what they’re looking for. It can be a bit chaotic with all the phone calls, but we like the pace.
