Megamind Computing Solutions Pvt Ltd is tucked away at 15 Neelasandra in Rajaji Nagar. It is a busy area and finding a parking spot is usually the hardest part of the day. The building is older, with some cracks in the plaster and heavy wooden doors. Inside, it is a bit of a maze with different rooms connected by narrow hallways. We have got plenty of computers and a lot of old cables that nobody knows what they belong to anymore. The desks are a bit mismatched because we bought them at different times over the years. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets. There is a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air, though all you see is the street and the neighbor’s roof. We do not have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one near the bell. The air conditioner is old and makes a lot of noise, so we usually just leave the windows open instead. You can hear the sounds of the market nearby and people shouting sometimes. It is not the most modern setup, but it is our space and we are used to it. We keep things pretty informal. If a job needs doing, someone just grabs it and starts working. It is just a bunch of regular people doing their best in a crowded city.
