It is a bit funny because our name is Mediasoft Solutions Private Limited, Bangalore India, but we are actually located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Our address is in the 221003 area code. We’ve been here for a good while, and it’s a much different pace than what you might find in a big city like Bangalore. The office is just a regular building where we handle all our software and media projects. It’s not a high-tech hub with glass elevators. It’s more of a place where you’ll find people sitting at their desks, focusing on their screens, and occasionally getting into long debates about a specific piece of code. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the usual Varanasi traffic and the daily life of the city. Inside, we just try to keep things moving. We don’t have a big human resources department or a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every hour. Usually, we just tidy up after ourselves. We are a small group and we do things our own way. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the work that comes in and try to finish it without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, and we just wait it out and start again. It is a very practical, down-to-earth environment. We are just a bunch of regular people working on digital solutions in a very old and beautiful city.
