Media Assistant In Starcom Worldwide (Tlg India Pvt Ltd)

We are based in Chennai, specifically at Omkar Apartments in Teynampet. Our office is B1, and it’s right on Jayammal Street. Being in Chennai-18 means we deal with the heat quite a bit, but the office stays okay. We work as media assistants within the Starcom Worldwide and Tlg India setup. The day usually starts with checking a lot of emails and looking over media schedules. It is a lot of detailed work that doesn't always look exciting from the outside. We have a few rooms in the apartment that we've turned into working spaces. It feels more like a home-turned-office than a corporate building, which actually makes it a bit more comfortable for the long hours we sometimes put in. There’s a lot of coordination with different departments, so the phones are usually ringing. We try to stay on top of all the tracking and data entry that comes with media planning. Outside on Jayammal Street, it can get a little noisy with the local traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take our breaks at the local spots nearby for some quick snacks or coffee. It’s a steady routine of looking at screens and making sure the numbers match up. We don't have a big sign out front or anything, just a quiet place where the work happens every day.
