Mecon Limited

We are located over at Plot No. 89 on South Road in Basavanagudi. Mecon Limited has been operating out of this spot for a good while now. Basavanagudi has that old feel to it, with the big trees and the older houses, and our office fits right in. It’s a decent-sized building, nothing too flashy, but it works for what we need. Inside, it’s mostly engineers and clerks moving around with folders and drawings. We deal with big projects, mostly heavy industry stuff, but on a daily basis, it just looks like a lot of people sitting at desks. The morning commute is usually the hardest part of the day because the roads around here get pretty clogged up. Once everyone is in, we just get to it. We have meetings that go on too long and printers that jam when you're in a hurry. It’s a professional environment but we aren't robots. We talk about the cricket scores and where to get the best lunch nearby. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. It's a solid place to work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our gate stays the same. People come and go, projects start and finish, and we just keep the lights on and the work moving forward. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We just do the job every day.
